How does the kitchen know which table ordered?

Each table has its own QR code, so every order arrives on the kitchen screen with its table name.

Can I print kitchen tickets?

Yes. Each ticket has a KOT button that prints from the browser, laid out for 80 mm receipt printers; the waiter screen prints the table’s bill.
