Questions
- How do customers pay for daily milk?
- Either from a prepaid wallet they top up online or in cash, or by a monthly bill on the 1st. You choose for the store, and can change it per customer.
- What if a delivery is missed?
- Mark it Not delivered with the reason. If it was your side (out of stock, couldn’t reach), a prepaid customer is refunded automatically.
- Can customers pause for a holiday?
- Yes. They pause all deliveries between two dates from their account, until the cutoff for the first day.
