9. Service Availability and Modifications

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with the venue being Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
